The Junior Driving Experience allows 10-16 year olds the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a car for the very first time – an experience they'll never forget!
As part of a team with 1 or 2 others, they'll learn all the basic driving skills necessary to control a car, along with the rules that govern driving on the road. It's fun, educational, and will give them a head start when they are old enough to start taking lessons.
The Junior Driving Experience takes place in a carefully controlled and safe environment with fully-qualified ADI instructors.
After a safety briefing and introduction to the rudimentary principles of driving, each pupil will have a fully-supervised 15 minute session driving a dual-controlled Clio. All pupils remain in the car whilst their team-mates take the wheel to ensure they each learn from the others actions.
After individual assessment by the instructor, each pupil then has a further 15 minute driving session. Although light-hearted and a great deal of fun, the Junior Driving Experience aims to teach each pupil to steer, change gear, control the clutch, reverse and, usually with much hilarity, how to make an emergency stop.
After a de-briefing session, they'll receive a completed driver analysis certificate to commemorate their first Junior Driving Experience.
